Carstens SC Organic
This brand stands for credibility, consistency and reliability as set out in the European Ecological Regulations and has been awarded the European Eco-seal. The wines used in the production of Carstens SC are sourced from 100% monitored organic vineyards. The selected wines are then processed exclusively in certified organic sparkling wine cellars, where the wines from one single vintage undergo a lengthy maturation period on the yeast, and are given a dry dosage of organically cultivated saccharose.
