Schloss Johannisberg

From the world’s finest late harvest to a modern classic: SCHLOSS JOHANNISBERG is located in the heart of the Rheingau winegrowing area, a landscape blessed both in terms of climate and soil, and where the Riesling grape has been exclusively cultivated for over 275 years.

It was here in 1775 that the world’s first Spätlese (late harvest) was pressed from grapes covered in noble rot which marked the beginning of the unique fame of this estate.
