Over 200 years of experience in crafting the finest wines and best sparkling wines
While the Deinhard brand is mainly known for its range of sparkling wines in the German domestic market, its reputation in world markets is traditionally based primarily on its range of wines.
Deinhard Green Label Riesling
The classic white wine from the Mosel region. With an elegant balance of delicate fruitiness and a crisp, fresh finish imparted by the weathered slaty Devon soil. This wine is unique.
Deinhard Piesporter Riesling
A wine of grace and breed from the famous wine village Piesport in the heart of the Mosel region. A fruity wine full of elegance and delicate acidity, reflecting the distinctive taste of Mosel wines grown in the slaty soil of this area.
Deinhard Piesporter Goldtröpfchen
This Riesling wine stems from one of the legendary vineyards located in the sunny slopes of the winding Mosel river. Deinhard’s winemaker selects only the very best Rieslings which then deserve to be called Goldtröpfchen – droplets of gold.
Deinhard Hanns Christoph Liebfrauenmilch
Liebfraumilch originates in the Rheinhessen area where it was first mentioned in the 18th century. This very tasty wine is a blend of Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner and Riesling. An almost floral aroma and a pleasant touch of sweetness provide a soft mellow wine with a delicate fragrance.
Deinhard Riesling Beerenauslese
The glory of the noble rot. The beneficial Botrytis Cinerea mold is one of nature’s most splendid gifts. With its help Deinhard is able to produce some of the most stunning dessert wines in the world. Riesling Berrenauslese: A rich, dense dessert wine made from fully botrytis-affected grapes that have shrivelled to about half of their original size.
Deinhard Riesling Qualitätswein
Riesling is Germany’s finest white wine variety and its diverse attributes have made German wine famous world-wide. Deinhard Riesling has a floral aroma hinting at green apples, peaches and apricots, with an elegant balance of spice and fruit with a clean, crisp finish.
Deinhard Pinot Blanc Qualitätswein
A high quality wine from the Palatinate. Deinhard Pinot Blanc is the white variety of the pinot family. The aroma is both typical and appealing. The taste provides length and full bodied style, yet always in a delicate manner. One can also discover a nutty taste. Deinhard Pinot Blanc blends excellently with stir-fried vegetables, white meats and many spicy Oriental dishes.
Deinhard Pinot Grigio Qualitätswein
Germany is also well-known for its burgundy grapes. The elegant grey burgundy offers a gentle aroma of blossom, citrus fruit and spices with a long-lasting nutty aftertaste. Unlike the wines from the Mosel region, this Baden wine grows in deep, chalky soil which grants additional body and texture.
Deinhard Pinot Noir Qualitätswein
The name of PINOT NOIR is derived from the French words for “pine” and “black” alluding to the vine’s dark purple grapes with their tightly clustered and pine cone shaped bunches. It is a fickle grape that demands optimum growing conditions with warm days consistently supported by cool evenings. It may be the toughest grape to grow, but the effort is well worth the investment. This harmoniously dry and full red-garnet coloured Pinot Noir with hints of black cherries and black currants and flavours of strawberries and vanilla is very nice consumed on its own or with veal, duck or light red meats, pizza and cheese.
Deinhard Rosé Pinot Noir Qualitätswein
This tender rosé wine with outstanding fruity flavour of strawberries and raspberries, scent of violets is light bodied, fruity and fresh, mild and succulent with an elegant dry finish. Enjoy this wine with sea food, salads or your favourite sushi.
