Since 1 January 2011, Henkell & Co. is represented by its own subsidiary in Sweden. Based in Stockholm, the young company handles distribution throughout Sweden of the products created by the various brands in the Henkell & Co. Group. Sparkling wines from Törley have already proven particularly popular in Sweden in recent years.

Quick rise to top position

Some products previously available in Sweden are already some of the country’s most popular brands – Henkell Trocken is an example, occupying a place among Sweden’s ten best-selling sparkling wines. Törley is in third place, a spectacular success, and Chapel Hill – also from Hungary – holds first place on the Swedish sparkling wine market. Henkell & Co. is confident that its new subsidiary will continue to strengthen the Group’s standing in Sweden and enable it to further improve its customer care in the country.
